Scheduling Appointments

• Free fitting for up to 3 items/products. Additional fittings are ₱100 each
• All fittings require advance booking through our website or phone
• Appointments are available Monday-Sunday 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM
• Allow 1-2 hours for your fitting session
• Group bookings available for bridal parties and special events
• Please arrive 15 minutes early for your scheduled appointment

Cancellation Policy

• Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance
• Same-day cancellations may result in a cancellation fee
• No-shows will be charged the full appointment fee
• Late arrivals may result in shortened appointment time

Rental Period

• Standard rental period is 3-7 days depending on the item
• Extended rental periods available upon request for additional fees
• Items must be returned by the agreed-upon date to avoid late fees
• Overdue fees will be equal to your rental fee for each day that you are late

Rental Fees

• Rental fees vary by item and rental duration
• Security deposit required for all rentals (refundable upon return)
• Payment accepted: cash, credit card, bank transfer
• Full payment required before item pickup

Customer Responsibilities

• Items must be handled with care and kept in excellent condition
• Smoking, eating, or drinking while wearing rentals is prohibited
• Professional cleaning included in rental fee - do not attempt to clean items yourself
• Store items in provided garment bags when not in use

Damage Policy

• Minor wear is expected and included in rental fee
• Excessive damage, stains, or tears will result in repair/replacement charges
• Damage assessment will be conducted upon return
• Customer will be notified of any damage charges within 48 hours

Custom Fitting

• Our skilled seamstress provides expert alterations for all gowns and suits
• Garments are carefully adjusted to fit your exact measurements
• Multiple fitting sessions available for complex alterations
• Final fitting recommended 2-3 days before your event

Alteration Services

• Hemming and length adjustments for gowns and suits
• Taking in or letting out seams for perfect fit
• Bust and waist adjustments for gowns
• Sleeve and trouser length modifications
• All alterations are temporary and items will be restored to original condition
• Rush alterations available for additional fee

Hygiene Standards

• All items are professionally cleaned and sanitized between rentals
• Undergarments must be worn during all fittings
• Hand sanitizer available throughout our physical store
• Fitting rooms are sanitized after each use
• We follow all local health and safety guidelines

Health Requirements

• Customers feeling unwell should reschedule their appointments
• Face masks recommended during fitting sessions
• Please inform us of any allergies or skin sensitivities

Information Collection

• We collect necessary information for appointment booking and rental services
• Personal measurements and preferences are stored securely for future visits
• Photos may be taken for fitting records with customer consent

Data Protection
